Great value and location! This hotel was great value for the price! the location was perfect for exploring the city and we also loved having a fully equipped kitchen in our room. Another added bonus was the friendly staff who were always available to answer our questions and provide helpful recommendations.

Lack of privacy and noise. Unfortunately, the walls were quite thin and we could hear noises from the other rooms.

No ac so could be very hot in hot season, a bit noisy from main road in the early morning. Need to drive to everything

No air conditioning or ventilation, no room service even no soap. Personal doesn't speak English. No window mesh protecting from mosquitos. Very small parking area. Hotel is located on the main road, quite noisy and very far from the beach (1500-2000m) must have a car!!!

The hotel's location is stunning, situated on a beautiful hill that offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills. Getting to the hotel from Portoferraio is easy, and the hotel offers ample parking facilities.

The hotel could do better in terms of cleanliness, and there is room for improvement in terms of the ventilation, which at times could be inadequate.

Kitchen was well equipped.

The address posted for this hotel on website is wrong and the place is no where near the bus stop. We had to rent a car because the walk to the bus was not practical. I assumed given the address listed that the bus was ~300m away. Bus service is reasonable in the area. You need a car to access this place, put that in the description. Our apartment was the only one without windows on each side and since there is no ac, this made the room very hot. The owner refused to move us to other available bungalows which were not occupied. There is no beach view, unless you stand on the roof of the building.

We got an apartment in Elbamar Procchio and not in Elbamar- Lacona...Elbamar -Procchio is near to a shallow sandy beach of Procchio, one of the best for family with children offers by Insel Elba. Small residence with only 4 flats in a house.

We got an other apartment on an other location than it was booked.. Most annoying were the noisy neighbourhood.

I loved staying in this hotel nestled on a hill with a perfect view of the ocean and bay. The location was very convenient as it is close to some nice bars, restaurants, and grocery stores. it offers great transportation options to explore the surrounding areas. The cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic, and the staff was very courteous and helpful.

We loved the location of this hotel, situated on a hill with stunning views of the nearby hills and ocean. It was the perfect spot for hiking and enjoying the natural surroundings. The hotel is also conveniently close to restaurants, bars, and mini markets, making it easy for us to explore the area. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was comfortable. We were impressed with the amenities provided, including free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a grill station. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely book this place again if we return to the area.

Great location, serene and peaceful with beautiful views of nature. Close to restaurants, bars, and mini markets. The apartment was comfortable with enough amenities like good hot water pressure, clean beddings and towels, and excellent-equipped kitchen.

Some areas needed better cleaning before our arrival. No key disposal on the day we checked out.
